Hexa by Kuho SS13 - Paris Fashion Week

The designer's signature look prevails in his latest collection , using exaggerated tailoring and over-sized, unexpected volume of the sleeves. Again Kuho Jung found his inspiration in the past, researching 19th century British fashion, creating feminine looks and achieving a perfect balance of  silhouettes in concentrating on a very high waistline.

Ruffles and some very unexpected vibrant colours were to be found in the Spring-Summer collection such as bright orange, blood red, turquoise and yellow. However the most notable moment of the show came with the last beautifully handcrafted lace dresses, achieved with the innovative laser-cut technique to give out precise and embroidery-like finish. These were the looks I was waiting for ever since I got the invitation home.

I can officially say that I will be a loyal attendee of all Hexa by Kuho shows , as I see great potential and an amazing evolution. Not only that, but I will be using the design (a similar one anyways) of his show invitations for when I will tie the knot, because they are simply beautiful!
